Casey is a passionate human-centered design manager who is dedicated to solving complex problems through creativity. With over 14 years of experience, she believes that good design should be accessible to everyone and advocates for inclusive design practices.
Throughout her extensive career, Casey has worked on both agency and client-side roles, building strong relationships with cross-functional teams across various fields such as engineering, copy, product development, marketing, and executive leadership.
Her collaborative approach has consistently elevated project outcomes and delivered tangible results. Casey is comfortable getting hands-on with design as well as guiding teams through the creative process.
Currently, she focuses her expertise on 3 main pillars:
1) Crafting strong design systems
2) Injesting design strategy through all phases of the product lifecycle
3) Cultivating design leadership
Together with her team, she strives to create growth, mentorship, and training opportunities for both internal and external design teams.
